If I had to find fault with this home then I’d point out that a little bit of finishing off on the inside would help to improve it visually. Nothing serious, just a bit of trimming on the sliding doors and some windows. The main point is that this pole home is structurally very sound - also light, bright and airy and in a beautiful area close to everything.
There are often mention about high potential fire risk living amongst the trees. Yes it’s all true, as most Denmark properties embrace a superb lifestyle - gorgeous trees, a myriad of walk and cycle trails, beaches, the surf and greenery. It’s all part of the tree-change that so many people wish for. It comes with the territory and should a massive fire ever occur, prepare to leave immediately as most of Denmark will be up in flames. Let’s hope this never happens as we will lose the very thing that makes living here so exceptional and wondrous – the opportunity to live at one with nature. Luckily this home was built to the upgraded fire regulations unlike many older homes in Denmark.
